A call tag is a prepaid return label that can be added to a returned item. Companies frequently give it to customers so that they can return products by mail without having to buy another label. Instead of call tags, UPS provides UPS Return labels.
Return labels are considered a value-added service and come at an additional fee, which is frequently borne by the shipping firm.
